Welcome to Peru! Arrival in Lima. After customs, you will find our representative waiting for you to pick you up and take you to the hotel. Upon your arrival at the hotel, our representative will assist you during the check-in and will give you your travel documents.

09:00 AM or 02:00 PM – Starting time of the Lima city tour.
ANCESTRAL LIMA: We start our tour with a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid” a magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the 4th century a.D. and considered a “sacred village” by the Incas. The Viceroyalty of Peru was the most important of the Spanish Empire and Lima was its capital.
COLONIAL LIMA: We visit the Historical Center of Lima, were you will walk for about 20 minutes to appreciate more than fifty monuments and Colonial edifications, such as the Paseo de la República, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others. You can observe the Change of Guards (subject to Government Palace program).
We will visit the monumental SANTO DOMINGO CONVENT, which displays the largest collection of religious art in America and it’s the best preserved convent in Lima. If time allows, you will climb its old tower for a panoramic view of the surroundings.
You will also visit Bodega & Quadra Museum, a house containing remains of the wall protecting Lima built on the XVII century, and an exhibition of objects showing society and development during viceroyalty.
Return to Miraflores and drop off at the hotel.
Afternoon at leisure if you took the morning tour.

Meeting with your guide at the hotel and transfer to the airport. Upon your arrival, your guide will assist you in the counter of the airline.
One hour and ten minutes flight to Cusco city.
Upon your arrival at the airport, you will find our representative who will take you to the hotel.
This might be your first experience in high altitude; for that reason, you will have the afternoon free to give you time to get acclimatized. Take a walk around the hotel (located in the center of Cusco) and enjoy of enjoy the Inca architectural legacy still present in the colonial buildings and the unique atmosphere that prevails in the city.
NOTE: You will receive a General Admission ticket (known as BTG) that you can use to visit several attractions within Cusco at a short walking distance from the hotel like: Koricancha Museum, Regional History Museum, Popular Art Museum, Qosco Center of Native Art (Show with typical dances every night), and 1 km. away from Cusco: the Saccsahyaman Inca Fortress  and other nearby ruins.

09:00 AM – By this time, we will pick you up for the tour. Your will visit:
MORAY
A breathtaking drive with the beautiful snowcapped Chicon and Veronica mountains in the Cordillera Vilcanota as a backdrop will lead us to Moray. Once there, we visit the ”Inca agricultural greenhouse or laboratory”, consisting of four platforms amphitheater style. It has a depth of 150 meters, the overlapping concentric circular stone rings widen as they rise. It was an experimental place to study the adaptation of plants to new ecosystems.
MARAS / SALINERASLocated 7 miles from Moray at altitude of 3,380 m is a small village, as a model of a miniature city. Famous for its salt mines, made up of about 3000 small wells with an area average size of about 5 ms ². These were already exploded since Inca times as a means of economic exchange and securities. Very interesting to see how the salt is recovered from these mines and the lives of those who work here.
Return to the hotel in Cusco and free afternoon where you can continue exploring the city using the General Admission ticket given the previous day.

08:30 AM – You will be driven through a scenic landscape to the «Sacred Valley of the Incas» or Urubamba Valley. Arriving at the town of Pisac, located at an hour drive from Cusco, you will visit the colorful Pisac Market, where local people meet to sell or exchange their merchandise as they have done it for centuries. If you would like to taste something, try a piece of bread or a delicious corn.  There is also a market where you will find colorful handcraft, textiles, pottery, silver jewelry, etc.
After this, continue to the Pisac Archaeological Site above the village. This is the largest fortress city of the Incas and one of the largest of ancient America. You will walk to the entrance of the site with your guide from where you will have an impressive view of the valley and of the complex. Here, your guide will explain you about this site that stands because of the finest Inca stonework, all guarded by walls, gates, and towers.
Continue with the tour, you will stop in a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.
The tour continues to the town of Ollantaytambo from where you will climb up to its imposing Inca fortress at the top of the mountain and have one of the best views of the Valley. Terraces, water ducts and steps have been cut out of solid rock, and in the upper sector of the ruins, the main Sun Temple is equal of anything at Machu Picchu. Above the temple lie still more ruins, mostly unexcavated, and among the higher crevices and rocky overhangs several ancient burial sites are hidden.
This full day tour will end at the Ollanta Train Station at the Sacred Valley.
04:36 PM – Inca Rail train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town).
06:09 PM – Arrival in Aguas Calientes train station. Meeting with the hotel staff who will escort you to the hotel (walking distance).

Early in the morning, your guide will meet you at your hotel to take you the bus station and take the shuttle bus up to the Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu.  The bus journey only takes 20 minutes and follows a winding road up a slope with beautiful views.
Once we are in Machu Picchu, we will take a private guided tour around the city for around 03 hours. On this tour, we will explore the mysteries and magic of the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu including the Intiwatana or sundial, the Sun temple and the Condor temple.
The Inca Citadel sits atop a steep hill, surrounded by deep ravines and rushing rivers. Often shrouded in mist early in the morning, the cloud-forest climate is temperate and adds to the mysterious feel of this magical place. To conclude the tour, we will have an exquisite lunch in a restaurant of the town.
After lunch, free time to stroll at Aguas Calientes town before you take a train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy where our staff will be waiting to escort you to your hotel in the city of Cusco.

Morning transfer to the bus station.
07:00 AM – Travel by bus from Cusco to Puno. During the way the bus will make some stops at important points like: Andahuaylillas, a church considered as the “Sixtine Chapel of the Americas” because of the quality of the artworks found inside it. Raqchi, to visit the «Wiracocha temple» that according to the old chroniclers was built by the Inca Wiracocha in honour to the Supreme God of the Incas: «Apu Kon Titi Wiracocha». La Raya, the highest pass on the route (4312 meters/14000 feets). Pukara, an archeological complex formed by a pyramidal structure. This is the first sign of civilized culture in the Peruvian Altiplano.
17:30 PM – Arrival in Puno, welcome and transfer to the hotel.

07:00 AM – A full day tour to explore Titicaca Lake. We will navigate on the sky blue waters of the Lake to the Uros Islands, also called Lake Town. These islands are built using totora reed and are used as home and trade centers for the natives, who use hand-made boats of the same material as their means of transportation.
We will board our speed boat again and navigate to Luquina Chico, a small and rarely-visited rural population living on the tip of the Chucuito peninsula. Luquina Chico community based tourism initiative allows for an authentic insight into the lives of indigenous Aymara-speaking Peruvians, who continue thousands of years of tradition. Visitors will spend time with the locals, gaining an insight into such daily activities like farming, fishing, sailing, cookery, child rearing and energy consumption. We will enjoy lunch with a stunning view. After sharing sometime with the locals on this remote location, we will return back to Puno in the afternoon.

SILLUSTANI TOMBS – ONLY POSSIBLE FOR MIDDAY OR EARLY AFTERNOON FLIGHTS
Explore the unique cylindrical tombs of Peru’s Pukara Culture, the Sillustani burial site. Travel through the ‘Altiplano’ (High Plains) to this ancient indigenous funerary site where you’ll visit the “Chullpas” burial towers and learn about this Pre-Columbian culture’s belief in the afterlife.
Continue your trip to Juliaca airport.
One hour and ten minutes flight to Lima. After landing in Lima, you will wait for your international flight back home.
